Rent space at 825 Arts!

Do you have a show to put on? Does your theater group need a home? Do you have a community group that needs space to meet? Do you want a workspace for art? Rent space at 825 Arts! With a large performance space, flex area, and enclosed Third Space, plus a tech booth, wellness room, and many other amenities, we’re your home for the arts in Frogtown and Rondo.

Frequently Asked Questions

Lot parking is available at Ryan Plumbing on the corner of Avon and University. Street parking is available on the surrounding blocks. Street parking is available on University Avenue after 6PM. Accessible parking drop off is available at our neighbor, Demera.

Our theater seats 125. You may arrange the theater as needed, whether with risers, in the round, or any other setup that sparks joy in your heart.

Backstage includes a small changing/storage space and an accessible all-gender restroom, as well as access to the theater mezzanine, which may be used as an upper stage or secondary green room.

825 Arts has a concessions counter for drink and snack sales. You may run it yourself, or utilize our friendly, well-trained staff. We do NOT have a liquor license, and if you want to sell alcohol you must bring your own.
